Suzy Reading is a psychologist specialising in helping people manage their energy, stress and emotions. Her coaching is informed by CBT, Positive Psychology, the Mindfulness Tradition, and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy.
Suzy is also an experienced yoga teacher and qualified personal trainer, offering a therapeutic application of movement and breathwork, in addition to talk therapy.
She has a special interest in supporting people through stress, loss and change, and the strength of her approach is empowering people with nourishing practices that are accessible even during the busiest of days.
