I have been a qualified ITEC massage therapist for over 15 years and running my own massage business and working in different settings such as gyms, hotel spas and clinics

I strongly believe in a holistic approach to wellbeing where the focus is on the mind-body connection. I’m not just treating sore and tight muscles and knots but also working with the nervous system to relive stress and mental tension.

Over the last few years, I have specialised in Manual Lymphatic Drainage treatments. I treat many clients with lymphoedema, post-operative swellings, especially after cosmetic surgeries and mastectomies with lymph nodes removal.

I am also trained in Brazilian Lymphatic and Wood Therapy which is a vigorous sculpting and contouring treatment helping shaping the body, loosing inches by releasing any excess fluid.
